I keep having thoughts like “I’m not good enough” and “I can’t do it right”. These thoughts are really
getting in my way.
It’s like I don’t even know who I am or what I want.
I know who I really am, but I’m terrified to be the real me.
I just need to talk to somebody and get all this off my chest - somebody who's not going to judge me or tell
me what to do.
I’m smart and really want to make some changes, but I just can’t seem to make progress on my own. If I
could just get a handle on my worry.
I just want to have a normal life, with normal activities and normal relationships.
You want to feel better. You want more joy. You want to be able to get out of depressive slumps, anxiety overwhelms, and anger outbursts. Going from sitting alone at home to really connecting with people would be a welcome change. You long to feel brave enough to stand up for yourself and state your truth. You want to love yourself and feel worthy of all the good things in life.
